Jerrica McCoy

Board Member 

Jerrica McCoy works as the manager of the Wellness Center known as “The Core” since 2017.  She has worked in the fitness industry for the past 14 years here in Midland; YMCA, Concho and now ConocoPhillips.

She is an East Texas native who moved to Midland in 2012. Her favorite thing about Midland is the community of people. She is very passionate about fitness as well as overall health and wellness.

She has been married to her Husband, Gage, for 18 years. They have two teenagers, Charley (17) and Davin (16). 

In her leisure time she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, concerts, camping, spending time with her family and her pets.

Jerrica has 2 dogs, a cat and 4 mini goats. She grew up with a wide variety of pets as her mother was an animal lover and avid animal rescuer; including a hedgehog, parakeets, cats, dogs, a ferret, squirrels, a guineapig, ducks, rabbits, chickens and a pet pig.

Her love for animals is what led her to join the board of Midland Humane Coalition where she hopes to make a difference in the lives of pets in need.
