Courtney Moore

Board Member 

Courtney Moore’s passion for animal welfare started early while growing up in the Midwest, where rescuing and rehoming animals was simply a part of daily life.  Those early experiences built a lifelong belief that every animal deserves a safe, loving home. 

Though not originally a Texan, Courtney found a strong sense of community after moving to Midland.  She found a deep appreciation for the people and organizations dedicated to making the region a better place for both animals and their owners.  She believes the impact of animal rescue extends far beyond the animals themselves.  Pets provide companionship and connection, and with organizations like Midland Humane Coalition help strengthen the entire community by bringing people and animals together.

Professionally, Courtney is a Supplier Development & Optimization Engineer with Jaguar Land Rover North America and a U.S. Air Force veteran.  She has also volunteered with organizations dedicated to serving children and families.  She is enthusiastic about giving back to the community through service and advocacy.

As a board member of the Midland Humane Coalition, Courtney is honored to support the organization's mission and help create more opportunities for animals in need of care, find loving homes, and experience the second chances they deserve.

 ​When she isn't working, you can find her outdoors and on the go! Her favorite hobbies include kayaking, hiking, traveling, working out, horseback riding, and catching polo matches.

Though she doesn't currently have a pet, her beloved dog Marley will always hold a special place in her heart.
