Midland County Voucher - Spay/Neuter 

​About the County Voucher Program

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


To receive the Midland County voucher, follow the steps below.
NOTE: This is a $70 discount applied to your vet bill, there will be no physical voucher issued.

STEP 1 
Make sure you have the requirements needed to qualify.

Requirements:
  • The owner of the pet(s) must live within in Midland County and provide proof of address in the form of a utility, phone, cable bill or a driver's license.
  • The pet must receive or be current on vaccinations and have a microchip/eartip.  Owner will need to provide record of the vaccinations and the rabies license number, along with the microchip number, will be logged onto the form.
    Required Vaccinations for dogs: Rabies, Parvo, and Distemper
    Required Vaccinations for cats: Rabies, Feline Leukemia, Panleukopenia, Calicivirus, and Rhinotracheitis

**A County Voucher may only be used when the pet receives ALL THREE of these  procedures:  1) spay/neuter procedure; 2) microchip (or eartip for feral cats); and 3) vaccinations.  If your pet already has a microchip and/or is current on their vaccinations, the entire $70 will be applied toward the spay/neuter surgery.

ake an appointment with a participating veterinary clinic (list below).

STEP 3 
You will receive a $70 credit* at the time of payment from your vet clinic.

*NOTE: This is a $70 discount applied to your vet bill, there will be no 
physical voucher issued.
