Step 2: Visit us at The Mabee ARC 

• Drop in anytime during business hours - no appointment needed! 
• ​Meet & greet the pet who caught your eye and/or others who’ve been waiting just for you.
• Spend time with the pet in a supervised setting to get a feel for their personality and vibe.

Step 3: Chat with our Team

• Our friendly team will chat with you about your lifestyle and preferences, suggest great matches, and share all the important details—from quirky habits to health updates. No pressure, just puppy love (and maybe a few purrs).
• It's the perfect time to ask us all your questions about the pet or adoption. ​

Step 4: Finalize the Adoption process 

• Complete the adoption paperwork.
• Pay the adoption fees (covers: spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchipping, initial vet care) ​:
  • $100 for Cats
  • $150 for Dogs

Step 5: Enjoy life with your new pet

• Congrats! You’ve found your furry soulmate—now it’s time to make memories!
• Begin your journey together by creating a safe, loving environment. Establish routines, nurture trust, and celebrate the joy of companionship.​
