Executive Director

Ashley Wilson is the  Executive Director of the Midland Humane Coalition and a passionate advocate for animals and the community she calls home.

Having lived in Midland, Texas for more than 10 years, Ashley has built deep roots in this community and is committed to advocating for the animals who cannot advocate for themselves, to create opportunities for those waiting for homes, and to bring people together to make a difference.

A proud wife and mother, Ashley is also a devoted horse and dog mom. She is passionate about growing the Midland Humane Coalition, strengthening community partnerships, inspiring others to get involved, and creating a community where people and animals can thrive together.​

In addition to her work with MHC, Ashley is also a business owner. She runs ARK Auto & Diesel, where her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication shine just as brightly as they do in her animal advocacy.

Ashley’s mix of professional drive, community pride, and personal love for animals makes her an invaluable part of our team and a strong voice for the pets in our care.

​When she’s not advocating for animals, Ashley enjoys life with her husband and their own little crew—Billy, her beloved French Bulldog, and two horses, Toad and Road. Together, they spend much of their free time traveling across America, showcasing their animals and roping, a passion that connects her deeply to both community and tradition.
