Rickey Hurford
Rickey is probably the first person on site at every Shot Clinic. He tirelessly hauls the MHC trailer to location and helps unload and then reload supplies. He also happily lends a hand in the clinic whichever way he can - he enjoys hanging out with some adorable patients, too To say that Rickey is a HUGE help to MHC is an understatement. His dedication to his volunteer role makes these clinics possible. Thank you for your time, Rickey! *** MHC Volunteer since: 3 years Volunteer position/s? I haul the (MHC) trailer (filled with supplies and equipment) and setup tables for the shot clinic. Fun Facts: Originally from Bloomfield , New Mexico Workat El Paso Natural Gas in Corrosion for 21 years , Started Corrosion Maintenance Inc, Pres. / Owner for 17 years . Moved here to Midland area in 2013. Went to school in Durango , Colorado & Montrose , Colorado and grad from Durango Certificate of Appreciation for outstanding support of National Barrel Horse Asssociation for New Mexico District 1. Got pets? I have couple race horses with 2 outstanding runners What is your favorite thing about volunteering with MHC? Meeting and seeing different kind of people with cats and dogs. |
